Make secondary computer screen blank

hide screen on secondary computer screens so they cannot be observerd

I need to ensure no one can see what I am doing on the remote computer for security reasons. Is it possible to make the secondary screen blank when a remote connection is active? This would also be useful when connecting to a tablet on my desk as the tablet screen is distracting. Tony C.
