Cannot connect to secondary in one direction but can in the reverse

I am trying to connect seamlessly for the first time. I can connect via the grid to my desired computer, however, the actual connection doesn't appear to work. If I swap the primary and secondary computers, the connection does work. Firewalls are off on both PCs, and I have tried following the steps in connection 101
