Purchased about an hour ago.  Tried to login to "submit a ticket" and it doesn't recognize me.

You must certainly support something an hour old without a subscription?

Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem.

No, it is not the firewall.

I have another copy purchased long ago that activated and is working.  I set up the new copy exactly like the old copy.
