I grew up with a mother who hated my guts from day one because in her mentally ill state...she associated me with her sister (a firstborn) and when every loved me in my family...she HATED my guts rather than loved me...and she mentally tortured me and physically tortured me from birth on up until I was able to escape her...


I'm at times...feeling lucky to be sane at all. And when I try to be kind to people who hurt me it is because I've had to forgive someone who hurt me most of all.

My daddy never even gave me a birthday or holiday card all my life...nor did he lend me support but when I ran to him at age 15 because of my mother's abuse...he took me in and after staying there he tried to rape me...

I grew up with NOBODY on my side...I was totally ALONE.

This place was a haven for me more than many of you will ever, EVER know...it served to comfort me in my darkest hours...I felt safe here.

There is no drama to be had...only the woman I am today...I have lived a thousand lifetimes of pain and ugliness and I'm sick of people twisting my good intentions into BAD.

I grew up with abusive babysitter after abusive babysitter since I was born...I have lived with hell on earth from my own mother (the person I should have trusted)...I have been hurt so deeply that I thought I could never come back but I did! My spirit is STRONG.

I'd love to see some compassion for once! What happened to that? Is is so awful to love and care and feel for your fellow man?

I call a truce. What I was trying to say, is that I know you need a break from it all, as in other skinners in WinCustomize. It is that when you take a break, you leave, and take your work, and just disappear. It's great for you to take time off, and get your head clear. I just wish you would leave your skins so the folks at W/C can still enjoy them. That way they know you will return, and people will not have to worry about you. You are a talented skinner, and I do enjoy your work. Sorry if I offended you, that was not my intention.
