Statup of Start 10

Following a re-install of Windows 10 64, Start 10 no longer stays installed. Must be started each tim at boot-up. All Start 10 settings lost each time I shu down. How do I get back to havong it stay installed?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot , Test and report here , please.
