Multiplicity does not work on 3rd device

Hello,
I am a German Object Desktop subscriber and have been using Multiplicity KVM successfully for many years without any problems. My PC is the primary PC. There are 2 screens on it and my notebook is located on the left as a secondary. Multiplicity KVM works on all 3 screens. Now I have placed another notebook / tablet as a secondary to the left of my notebook and also installed Multiplicity there. However, it doesn't work here. What can be the reason?
