Just recently, some of my icons, inside a fence, have started to stack up on each other. I've had as many as 4 icons stack, yet the fence enclosure has plenty of room.
Also, whatever happened to backing up and restoring fences. Had it before, don't have it now.

also try Right -Click on desktop to view and choose Classic Icons.

I give up. I first started with Fences in Jan.2017
I just reinstalled Fences 3, which I purchased back in January 2019. I have 'keys' for both version 2 & 3.
After reinstalling ver.3, it requested my key and rejected it. It also rejected ver 2 key. You sent me a list of my 'keys' and I find that you do not show I ever bought 3.
OK. So I redownloaded ver 3, reinstalled it, everything. But some icons are missing and I can't restore the desktop.
Do I have to pay you again to get off the 'trial' and get my icons back? Let me know. This is getting frustrating.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Did you try the steps above ?
Fences 3 is a upgrade to v2 so v2 key won't work for v3 it needs a new key.
To look up your Keys go here https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval
and remember to use only the email address you used to buy the app.
Your still a little un clear to me a little more info first.
Version of Windows ( full number version ) use winver.exe for that
What version 3 are you trying to run ?
