Problem with SoundPackager

Hello Friends,

I have a technical issue with SoundPackager. If I want to install a new package online, for example a Simpson-Theme, the program installs instead a duplicate version of MacOs. Try again with another theme then, and I have only another duplicate of MacOs. And so again. Means in fact, I cannot install new sound package themes.

Could you help me?

Greetings

Joss

I use simply the Sound Packager internal option "Online", not a external website.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

This is where DL'd sound packages are put:

\Documents\Stardock\SoundPackager

Do you see the new ones there?

If not, or if you are getting duplicates, rename the SoundPackager folder to SoundPackager.OLD

and try again.

If that fails, go to:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\SoundPackager

Tell us (screenshot) what you have there.

Also, are you mapping any folders to OneDrive?
