Automatically tabbing applications

Is there a way with Groupy to automatically tab up applications as I load them individually? For example, in the main area of my screen I consistently want Outlook, Chrome, and Reader all tabbed together, even if I load them individually (vs. as a group). I may have to close Outlook, and when I relaunch it, I'd like it to automatically be placed in the tab with Chrome and Reader. Is there a way to make that happen? Right now I relaunch Outlook and always have to manually place it back in the tab group.

As an aside, I use Groupy in combination with Microsoft Power Toys constantly on an ultra-widescreen monitor. What would be fantastic is if Groupy repsected the FancyZones I have set up to automatically place apps in the right tabs and zones (i.e. a tight integration between the zones and Groupy).

Thanks.

Hello,
If I understand you correctly, I don't think there is such a function in Groupy, other than if you saved it in a group it will open that group as it saved, or, you set it to always group with same application, so that it will open in a group.

Anyway, I have forward your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We really do appreciate your feedback, Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Those two functions work as expected - I can launch all the apps in a group just fine (but I rarely do that), and all windows of the same app always group together, which works great.

My wish is that whenever I launch a particular app like Outlook it automatically groups it with other apps I specify, like Chrome. That would be fantastic and a big time saver for me.

Appreciate you listening.

James.
