Steam sale

Hi guys, I bought Groupy on Steam last Wednesday and I didn't receive a key neither is it listed in my products (only fences 2 and 3 are listed). Do I need to install Steam on every other PC I want to use Groupy on? Because that sadly won't work for my work laptop.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Groupy from Steam does not need a key for activation. You just need to login your steam account for activation. Once it activate, you do not need Steam.

On my main PC (where Steam is installed) everything is working fine. I just want to use it on a different computer without Steam installed. It also says in Steam that it can be used on 5 concurrent machines. Maybe I just misunderstood?

From what I understand, you will need Steam to activate Groupy Steam version. So if that PC without Steam than it would not work.

Hello, 

I've downloaded the 30day trial version about 2 weeks ago and decided to buy the steam version today. I did the installation on top of my trial version but when I go into groupy, it's still asking me to continue my 30day free trial or enter the product key which is not applicable to us. How do I get the software to understand that I've got the purchased version now?

You need to totally uninstall it from your system or better yet. Purge it from your system using the purge and reinstall steps mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling and only using steams for reinstall. Try that and report back.

I didn’t end up purging from the admin but simply uninstalled it and deleted related files and reinstalled it. It works thanks
