I just went to download DX2 and I get a message saying that it wasn't going into Shell32? Does this make sense?

Nope, it doesn't make sense. I know of no error message that reads, "it isn't going into Shell32" You might get better help using the help board and displaying the correct error message. It sort of sounds like you may be missing important linking system files.

I know the error that you are getting and I assume that you are running one of the more recent betas. It will be fixed in the next release.
