Groupy Keep Crashing

without any error message

Hi there,

I've got a technical problem when launch Groupy. The software would crash after flashing the setting page, and no any error message.
The software is installed in the default path of the C drive.

I already tried to Pruging and re-installing the latest version from Official website, however, didn't work.

In the attachments, there are the logs for the problem.

Could you guys please check the log and give some suggestions to solve this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Groupy version.

3) Please use the Windows Sandbox https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-windows-sandbox-windows-10-may-2019-update and try to install groupy in there and see if it is working in there. try that and report back. This will tell us if you having hardware or software issues.
