After years of use of Start10, my computer quickly shows and bypasses my Windows 7 homepage. After this Start10 shows only the Windows 10 homepage. I deleted my original Start10 and replaced it with a new Start10. Same problems.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need some information on your system :
1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
2) Start10 version.
3) Not really sure what you mean by Windows 7 homepage? Please elaborate.

As best as I can determine, my Windows10 version is 1903 (o.s. build 18362.1082)
My Start10 version seems to be Start10 1.55
My "home" page is the screen that came up with the working Start10. I did have wallpaper on it and about 23 shortcuts.
Any reason you are not updating to the latest version of Windows and Start10? Start10 now at v1.95.
Please post screenshots of the homepage so we can understand it better.

My "home page", as I call it, appears for one or two seconds. I am unable to do anything with it. What then comes up is the Windows 10 beginning screen. Thanks for the correct version of Start10. I believe 1.95 is what I have, according my "programs and features" page.
You are chatting with an 80 year old dinosaur. I don't know how to take a screenshot, among many other things. I signed up with Microsoft for in store lessons, but the pandemic closed them before I had any lessons (no rebate either).
Can we go anywhere with my issue without a screenshot?
P.S. Doing anything with a computer is a miracle for me. This why I got Start10 to begin with. Learning by trial and error when faced with a problem is extremely time consuming.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
You will probably find your Windows will work best with Strat 10 1.95 by upgrading
your version of Windows to the latest version, your version is old several bug fixes since then .
To up date your Windows go to Settings and see if your see the option to upgrade to v2004
if so I recommend to upgrade to it , see picture below .
