Second display reverts to static version of main after reboot

I have two displays. On the primary I have a .wmv file playing as the background. On the second I have just a static image as a wallpaper. Everything works fine until I reboot the computer. When it boots back up the primary is normal but the second has switched to a static image of one of the frames in the .wmv file from the primary. I have to go in to deskscapes and re-select the image for the secondary display.

Hello,

End of quote

Does it happen with a stock animated dream (that came with DS) applied?

Do you have multiple PCs where you are using Windows Sync?

If so, and you disable it, does it still happen?

It does not do it with Vintage Dream or Winter Snow. It does do it with my .wmv file and with WS Engulf Blue ( downloaded from wincustomize). I haven't tried anything else.
