Window resize animation when opening maximized window

When I open window, which was maximized when closed the last time, it first opens as not maximized and then maximizes a fraction of second after displaying the window. This results in weird and distracting window resize animation each time I open first maximized window in a group and it's quite annoying. I only use Groupy for File Explorer and Office apps and it behaves the same for all those apps. 

Reproduction steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Turn on Automatically group 'explorer.exe' through 3 dots menu.
3. Maximize File Explorer.
4. Close File Explorer.
5. Open File Explorer. Now you can see that window opens as not maximized and quickly resizes to maximized.

When I turn of Groupy, Windows doesn't behave this way, i.e. new window opens straight as maximized and no resize animation is shown.

Please fix this strange behaviour. Thank you.

I use Groupy 1.41 and otherwise like it very much!
