Hi,
I'm new at fences, and when I installed the fences software, I'v setup the folder portal.
However, when I setup new folder portal, I can't see any file in the fence, I just see the empty older portal with its headline.
Do you know what's the problem ? Is it setting issue ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few things
1) Is this portal fences is linking to directories on a network drive or offline/cloud drive.
2) Fences version you have installed.

Thank you for your answer.
I installed the latest version 3 days ago (ver. 3.9.0.11).
I tried to check with my downloads folder and with a dropbox folder, and even with new folder which I created just for this on my desktop.
The wired thing is that I tried it on 3 different PC's, one at my home, one at my office an on my Surface 7 pro. It doesn't work on any of them.
Just to let you know, I'm in my 30 days trial version.
Hope you can solve this matter for my, because this is the main purpose which got me to install Fences in the first place.

Of course I did it as ypu show in the video.
There is no any pther way.

Please do the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

the main problem is this issue is in all my 3 PC'S.

Just to be clear. If you create them in English, keep them there, switch back to your primary language, do the Folder portals still show the files in them?

When I switch back to Hebrew, the Folder Portal doesn't show anything. Back to the "problem" mode.
I have been able to reproduce the issue and reported it internally.

Hello again,
Since now it is a known bug and seem it will be work on and should be solved when Fences get it next update. For now, as a temporary solution is to run your system in English or any other language that works.
