Groupy missing download and key - Not on my product list

Nearly two weeks ago I ordered a version of Groupy. The payment was made via Paypal transaction Nr 64S83354UH8910217 to Fastspring BV.
As explained in the knowledgebase I tried to download Groupy but when I try to activate it with my Stardock account I receive an answer saying that Groupy is not linked to my account.

I cannot see any reason why this product is not on my product list, my e-mail address is corresponding to the one in your files as I receive your advertisement, also in Paypal as I received the confirmation of the payment and that it was debited from my VISA account.
Thank you helping me to get Groupy.

Thanks AzDude for your answer but I already done that and Groupy is not in the list of my product. I looked also at the knowledgebase and tried the proposed solutions without succes. It is why, as suggested on the Stardock site, I entered a ticket but the answer was to come on this forum. And this is why I'm here.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try this link ( make sure you used the email you bought the product with 

maybe you paid with Paypal and it has a different email ? )
