Where could my download link be?

I purchased Object Desktop yesterday and got a receipt from Paypal but never received a link or email from Stardock. I went to the product key and activation page and it does not show that I purchased this but have Paypal receipt I sent a support ticket yesterday but no response yet. Is there somewhere else this link could be. I dont understand why it isnt showing up on my order history page like every other order is
