White Icons on Fences 3

Hello,

I downloaded Fences 3 last night and its awesome. But today when I turned on the computer, the Fences 3 software was not loading all the icons. Some of them are white even though they worked perfect last night with Fences. I tried to Google, and look in the forum but could not find answers. From what I can gather, the games who's icons do not show up are on Steam, but on my D drive. Meanwhile all Steam games on the C drive do have icons. Additionally, the game Apex Legends from the D drive also shows up as do others.  So it seems that it's specficially games in the Steam library on the D Drive. So theres some disconnect between the two Steam libraries and Fences pulling no Icon data from the D drive?

Help would be much appreciated, I attached a picture to show exactly what I mean. I have 2 monitors, and 2 drives. C and D.

Thank you for the instructions, I don't think they fixed the problem but. I figured out a different solution which is tedious but, uninstalling the games manually, and then restarting the computer, repopulates the icons. Maybe someone down the line will need this.
