what program do i use to install the desktop themes

It's simple........ If you want to use a WindowBlinds theme, you need the WindowBlinds program. If you want to use a DesktopX theme, you need the DesktopX program. See a pattern yet?

Plus there is a like at the top of the page you get the stuff from with the program that you need. Example: WindowBlinds Website, DesktopX website, etc. You just follow those links.

Winstyles applies a theme, but you need the other programs installed that the theme needs to run. (Like a Winstyles theme that has DesktopX, IconPackager and WindowBlinds in it will need those three programs in order to apply).
