Unable to stop groupy grouping tabs automatically

Groupy is still grouping firefox even though:

1. I have configured it to "Group newly opened windows if the Ctrl key is held down whilst opening them" (Settings > Application Grouping)

2. Set "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" to "Never automatically group" (Settings > Application Grouping)

3. Right clicking on the three dots next to the tab, the "Automatically exclude from auto grouping all 'firefox.exe' windows option is checked.

Even after all of the above, Groupy is still grouping!

I am also getting other weird groupings, such as slack getting grouped with explorer for example.

Is there an option I am missing, or this is a bug?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
