installing in new computer

I purchased a new computer and installed Multiplicity.  I set the Wizard to treat it as a secondary computer.  When I tried to open Multiplicity on my Primary computer, it would not open.  Therefore I uninstalled on my Primary.  I downloaded a fresh copy and installed it on my Primary but the Install Wizard never opened.  I've gone thru the process twice.  I cannot get Multiplicity to open on the Primary computer.  What do I do next?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You will want to check that your Antivirus app is not preventing it from functioning...

Thanks to you both.  I'll add a little more detail.  I purchased KVM-PRO and had uninstalled the old version so I was sure to have the latest sw on both machines.  I had downloaded the manual and read it before posting my original question.  When I installed the new version in the new computer, the Wizard opened as promised and I selected Secondary, then rebooted.  I installed the new version on the old computer, the wizard did not open so I was not even given an opportunity to select Primary or Secondary.  It's not a connection problem.  The wizard does not open.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
