I perched the SW but I can't start Groupy

from Stardock Forums

I purchased the Groupy in bundle with Fences

 

However, I can't use this SW in my PC

 

When I start Groupy, it blinked and down.

 

The background process is running, but I can't open setting windows, even if I've never opened the tutorial.

 

Please check my trouble thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version again from your account. Reboot after the purge and reinstall. Reboot again and retest. Report back.

I reinstalled 3 times, and same position.

 

I checked forum before, and tried clean widows setting also.

 

However, it still has the same problem.
