cant download any skins

im running widows xp home i installed wb 2weeks ago and all was fine now when i try to download a new skin i get the following,..
wbload exe. has encountered a problem and needs to close followed by the option to send microsoft a error re; anybody have any sugg. or help please answer

If your not a paid member you might have hit your limit on downloads and if that is not it reinstall WindowBlinds, probably hosed up when you upgraded for some reason... Besides unless you had WB verzion 4.x installed it is not optimized for XP/2000....

Don't send any error reports to Microsoft ....

WB4 or WB3 ... either or shouldn't stop you downloading.
Nuke your existing WB and do a clean install, if you 'upgraded' to XP over a previous Winders then it is probably the way to go.

i did a complete reinstall, all seem,s to be normal again. thanks
[wish i saved the 2 skins i made]
1 more question my roomie bought wb right after we tried it out
he never re: anything in his email just got his credit card statement and the charge is on the bill who do we contact to make this right thanks again for your help ....
