Multiple Connections / Remote Access

Hi -

Is it possible to use Multiplicity with multiple computers to the secondary at the same time, or would one have to disconnect from the secondary to allow the connection over a VPN?

I have been presented with a build where a Primary controls several other machines on-site, but they would like to be able to get into the Primary (or at least the secondaries) without disrupting the Primary's workflow.

For some reason this doesn't seem to work with Splashtop into the Primary, as the keyboard/mouse don't always seem to get passed to the secondaries.

I'm open to suggestions/ideas.  It seems like a unique use case and I didn't want to spend a lot of time trying to find a solution if someone has already done the work.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

No, one connection to a Secondary at a time.  You could KVM (remote connect) to a Secondary that another Primary is Seamlessly connected to but the latter would lose connectivity (ability to seamlessly transition) until the KVM session ended.

The other scenario, KVM to one Secdonry and another KVM Primary connects to that same Secondary, the first connection is bumped.
