How do I install my theme I downloaded from WinCustomize

I'm trying to get a dark mode that I downloaded from WinCustomize into WindowBlinds -- but I'm not finding the instructions for how to do it.  It's an accessibility issue for me, cuz I'm a geezer and it's easier to see light-on-dark than dark-on-light.

It depend on what you download from Wincustomize.com . Some style was upload by the skinner/designer in compress file, which you will need to uncompressed first. Some in .wba files, you just need to double click on it. The best way is to ask questions in that Style comment section.
