Hi I buy Stardock 10 a few Days ago, byt not recived any mail with key. I have try suport many times but thy only send links, use this

to get key. It never works. And I dont pay 2 times for same sowtware. Why cat I speak direct to a support with a human.

Not sure what you mean by Stradock 10

use the email address you use to buy the product

if using PayPal use the PayPal email address .

I have pay and Startock  have not sen a key for Stardock 10 for win 10

Hi basj    I have always use link import ticket submit.

I didnt understand go down to Departments ond chose 1.

 

Now Ihave done that and  wright about my problem.

I just wait and see what happen now.  Google translate it good.
