Wont change start menu

I bought this software to change my start menu but none the skins I downloaded are changing it I got the separate editor that let's me fully customize my own themes but it still doesnt work

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you on Windows 8, you need to Start 8 and if you on Windows 10 you will need Start10 to change your start menu.
