Start 10 install fails.

I am trying to install Start10. It requires an email confirmation. Stardock IS NOT SENDING THE EMAIL! I have tried this with two different email addresses I have. Neither one is getting the email. AND DUH! I did check the Spam folder too so that trite support answer will not cut it!
