Can't drag Fences....solved.

After I power on my PC (Windows 10) this morning I can't move or drag Fences. I can drag or move icons into Fences but I can't move that fence itself. I have been using Fences 2.13 since many years and never had that problem. I tried to uninstall it and installing again, rebooting and I have the same problem. I also tried to install last version of Fences 3.0.9.11 on 30 trial mode and it has the same problem, can't move the fences, only the icons. I can rename fences, change properties, colors, etc. everything is working as usual except drag them. Any solution?

Solved! I was looking for the option on the Fences configuration itself but the Fences were blocked on the Windows 10 contextual menu.
