I have some questions about my payment

The name I used to pay is 1 idoet  ,the E-mail is: [email protected] (edited)

I used Alipay to pay for deskscapes10 once when I was not logged in, but the browser did not jump to the interface, and then I refreshed it once again. As a result, I still have this product in my shopping cart and did not send an activation code to my electronic mailbox .

And when I try to buy this again, my mailbox can still be purchased, but I have already paid once.
 
so,I need you to send a new key to my email and add the purchased information of this product to my email

sorry,I followed your suggestion, but it still does not solve my problem.

When I accessing my products through email The system will display:

Account Lookup Failure

And when I purchased this product, I did not register an account,so I can't use the second method.

I still need you to help me solve this problem

I once submitted it once, but when I saw the message in the email, it felt like asking me to go to the forum to find the relevant person to solve it, but now you have to submit a ticket, I do n’t know what to do, the copy I submitted How long can the work order be answered? Is the reply pushed to my account or my email?
