fences 3 - activation problem

I am having a window pop-up stating my "fences 3" is not activated.

I purchased an annual sub. ??? 

This has occurred 2 -3 days.

I reloaded software. 

Please fix your sub service

But No you won't lose your set up after Purge and you can then go to a Snapshot

to bring back your set up .
