new pc, but no way to transfer my fences

I got a new laptop, when I tried to install fences I'm getting a problem when I try to put my license

 

when I try to enter my key I get the message it's installed on other pc's. This was the case but these pc are formatted.

 

when I press continue 

 

which is the email adres I use and bought the software on. Trying to login with the account is also not working.
