I have not received the key to the software that I purchased

the charge for the software has gone through my credit card but I never got the key sent to me

I have attempted to contact you a couple of times and have not had any return messages

I did that a couple of days ago and just now, but Stardock does not know me by that e-mail address and it is that only e-mail address I have

You don't need to log in there. Just provide all the details on purchase in the report.
