Hard drive failure. reinstalling fences and using the product key which worked before the hard drive failed. I reinstall the software yesterday the product key says its invalid. I tried asking your automated system to send me a valid Key but it says it can't find a valid key associated with my email though I do have an account now.  I tried every email i could and still nothing. I looked up my purchase and found it on Amazon. Purchased September 2016 and again October 2016 bought it twice, only received one (1) activation key. It doesn't work. so i tried downloading the software from Amazon I still get the same message invalid key.
