How do I reset Multiplicity

Can someone please help me? I bought Object Desktop today and have, so far, successfully installed CursorFX, Icon Manager and Multiplicity.

When I configured Multiplicity I selected 'Seamless' mode and it was only after I had done the installation that I realise that I should be in KVM Mode.

I can see no way of changing to KVM in the settings. In the videos I have seen a KVM tab under Seamless but I haven't got that tab.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but it comes up in the same seamless mode. I also uninstalled, removed the files from AppData/Roaming and AppData/Local and reinstalled. Same result.

So the question is, how can I get back to the default Install screen and select KVM.

Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for your very fast reply AzDude.

I have tried, as instructed, with Purge_MP.bat but when I re-installed Multiplicity I was still coming up in Seamless mode with no chance to change it to KVM Mode.

I tried again and Purge_MP.bat opened the Command Prompt which went into a cycling mode which  constantly requested Administrative privileges. I had turned off the firewall and virus protection.

Help!  what can I do now? O:)

Thanks

The trial for MP is KVM Pro - if that is what you had initially, you would see the KVM tab.

Object Desktop - what you have - has MP KM only - does not include KVM functionality.

You can upgrade it here, however:

Hi sdRohan,

Thank you for the reply.

My fault I suppose, in not realising that the trial version was not the version I would get in the Object Desktop purchase.

I will pass on the upgrade though. |-)
