CursorFX4 screenshot issues

I've used CursorXP and CursorFX without issue with SnagIt for quite a few years.  I was pleasantly pleased that I now see a cursor during system shutdown in Win10 with my upgrade to CursorFX4.  However, there are a few screen capture issues with CursorFX4.

The video screen captures using TechSmith's SnagIt and Camtasia faithfully reproduces CursorFX4 cursors.

Screenshots issues from CursorFX4 cursors shown below:

  • pixelation
  • transparency
  • separate entity
  • missing shadow

These are the notable settings I used in Snagit 2019 and 2020 - which one needs to capture a cursor.

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.
