DeskScapes 10.2 Icon Visibility Not Saved and Reset after OK button

I go to Settings and do Advanced to put Transparency to 100% visible because every Fences 3 Fence is gone and only see a background blur when go over with the mouse.

When I do OK i thought the Settings were Saved, but it didn't, the command Refresh it back to Transparency 0.1%.

I test it many times, then i go further in the system.

On this Registry location: Computer\HKEY_USERS\...\Software\Stardock\Deskscapes were 2 Keys:

MouseoverIconTrans2 (0 min visibility - 255 max visibility)

NormalIconTrans2 (0 min visibility - 255 max visibility)

When put the slider full, then the values change to 255.

When I push OK, the values change back to 2.

I cannot Lock this Values and when I rename the Keys, DeskScapes makes 2 new keys with value 2

It's impossible to get the Desktop Icons and Fences Visible.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I am having a hard time understanding if there is a problem you are trying to resolve or that you are trying to change something and its not working as you would expect.

That said, one of the updates to Windows (1903 maybe?) affected DS being able to work with Fences for blur options.

You can disable this:

And use the Fences config to control the visibility options for Fences.

No that's what i understand but not the problem. This function is only for a blurry effect.

It's about registry values, in the Advanced tab i put both values at 100% visible.

When I push the OK button and then open the Settings again, in the Advanced tab the values where back to 0% visible.

Then are the icons and fences not visible.

Every setting is saved in the registry of windows, i checked it there and every time i did 100% visible = slider right or put 255 in registry and push OK it go back to slider left or value 2 in the registry.

*** Positive Point, after Purge DeskScapes and reinstall the Sliders stay at the right 100% visible and my Icons/Fences stay Visible.

I don't know why, but it looks like the settings were saved at the correct way now. I shall test it a few days.

My other case is not solved by 2 times purge and reinstall, but that's another post.
