Groupy Application groupings stalls after opening 2 or more than 2 pdf files in Adobe Acrobat.

(Grouping of 1 pdf file with other files is Ok, by it stalls if 2 or more pdf files are opened)

This happens only with pdf files. Not for any other file types or software files (eg word excel explorer etc).

Groupy can start working only after stopping and restarting groupy.

Pls advise solution to above.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Groupy version.

3) Acrobat version.

4) A video showing the issue will be great.

1. Windows version : 1909 (OS Build 18363.778)

2. Groupy version : 1.32

3. Acrobat Version : Adobe Acrobat 9

Hello,

I can't reproduce your issue on my system. But I don't have Adobe Acrobat 9, I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2020.006.20042. No problem opening 3 or more PDF Groupy Tabs
