Can I change Windows Font size?

Hey all! Unfortunately I'm not getting any younger and my vision isn't what it used to be. In the olden days you could go into the Windows Control Panel and change the size of the font but that's not available anymore. Instead the only option seems to be to scale the entire screen. I don't want to scale anything. I just want to change the font size. Example: when I go into File Explorer the font is really tiny.

I already use Fences and I love it. Couldn't live without it. Do any of the programs in Object Desktop allow me to change the size of the font in places such as File Explorer?
