Just bought and now it's not working properly!

I just bought the product.

For some reason it will randomly stop working, I checked all the settings and they all appear to be fine. It is set to only pause when a full window is being used, i checked this by going in to a program and out, it worked as it should have.

However, for some after a short period of time, the animation will just stop and the image will become static

What is your Computer or laptop make up ?

version of Windows ( full version ) ?

Can you post links to the dreams giving you issues for testing .

I am having a running problem with Dreamscapes. My config is Window 10, Intel I7-7700K 4.2 G Geforce GTX 1060 6GB. 2montitors Deskscapes freezes on one monitor or both within an hour or two after every reboot.  Screen motion within minutes will get jerky and finally freeze. This will occur on every background and does not matter if both monitors are the same or have different backgrounds.

What resolutions are the 2 Monitors running ?

and is your Scaling running at 100 %

Managed to have solved this issue, it appears that there was a setting for "smoothing" i made sure that was turned off and so far i have not had any issues, its been over 12 hours . However, under the random feature, it was set to rotate under certain " hours " . ie every 4 hours, now i have seen 2 rotations , but nothing else. The time has elapsed and no changes have been made to the background....

Can confirm that it does not change on time as it should do, if however i reboot, it will then change to the next screen in the cycle.

Okay can also confirm, that what i thought fixed it, did not, it has stopped animating the live wallpaper again and has just turned to a still version.

And just to add, ending the application and re starting it makes 0 difference, even though the app will work and open, it does not apply a new screen saver. Only fix is to restart the whole pc....

Okay will do that now, also, weird thing, might mean something to you, I went back in the application and rather than click on apply to all monitors i did to monitor 1, that somehow made it work, then i had to do apply all monitors afterwards.

 

However, the issue of random cycling and randomly stopping animated paper still exists . Trying your step right now

Another question are you using Display Fusion ?

If so shut it down .

Actually , what is the process in getting a refund, i only bought this 1-2 days ago, i have found something else which is working flawlessly and dont want to  spend my time going through sequences to eliminate problems. thank you for your help though

I change the GPU to maximum performance and that corrected problem with jerky motion and freeze.
