Stop website popping when starting my PC

So... yeah, no longer want spam the website when I turn on my PC. I search for this in the forum, but do not find anything.

I think you may need to explain this a little better Xelrage, what website is popping up when you start your PC? Have you looked into your All Programs, StartUp folder to see if it is there? If it is, just delete it.
