Tiles and fullscreen Windows

i have just started using Tiles and i believe i will buy it.  my only issue is that im unable to add many Active Windows (game launchers, games, some video editors, etc.) as a permanent window that shows if the program is active.  

for example i add SkyrimSE.exe to Tiles.  i launch the exe and the game starts.  it does not transform to an active Window and when i click it again i get told that an instance of this program is already running.  help?
