I use Groupy version 1.3 on Windows 10, 1909 Home edition. Groupy occasionally causes windows to jump to the lower right portion of the screen.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, we currently have Groupy v1.32. Please uninstall the old version and reinstall using the latest version from your account. Reboot and retest. Report back.

The problem still exists with Groupy 1.32.
It happens when a program is being launched while there's a lot of CPU and HD usage.
Please video capture of the issue and share it here so we can understand the issue.

I can't make a video of it, but here are before and after screenshots.
Sorry, I can't see the issue to recreate it on my system to understand it.
But I would like to suggest you to try the purge and reinstall step as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version you just download. Reboot again. Retest and report back.
