Start10 is not associated with this account
but it shows up under order history
I'm trying to reinstall and activate Start10 that that I bought back in 2016.
When trying to activate I get the message "email address not valid for the product key".
If I try to activate with my account it says "Start10 is not associated with this account".
When I request a list of product keys - Start10 does not appear on the list sent to me by email.
HOWEVER - Start10 does appear under my order history.
Anyone know what's going on here?
