Mouse cursor small in KVM Stretched mode

Per title, when moving to a screen in KVM mode with the "Stretched" option (so it takes up the entirety of my screen), the mouse cursor is very small on that monitor because it is apparently not also getting stretched out.

Local monitor is 4k resolution. Remote display being controlled via KVM mode is 1080p (so things are being stretched 2x).

Is there any way to adjust this? It's sometimes really hard to see where the cursor is because it's so tiny.
