Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Ms Office version.

3) CursorFX version.

4) Elaborate more on your issue. You was saying "Windows default cursor"? So it was not in CursorFX cursors?

Thanks.

Latest version of Windows 10 (version 1903) and Excel (I have no idea how to tell that, it's the 365 full version).  Latest version of everything.  Of course it was CursorFX cursors.  I had to change to the default to get the functionality back!  I had just downloaded the CursorFX last night, so it's whatever version that is.

Hello,

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version available you just download. Reboot again after the purge and retest it. Report back here.

Note : There is a CursorFX 4 Beta available for Object Desktop subscriber. If it applicable for you. Please check this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/498875

Thank you,

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I was not able to reproduce your reported issue with Win10 (two PCs), Office / Excel 365 (installed and the web version), and CursorFX 4 (Beta):

Can you confirm you are using 4:

I have the same problem (windows 10 latest / excel 2007 / cursor fx 4 beta).

When you highlight a cell to for example copy and paste, right click it and no right click menu appears.

All that happens is the cursor shows.

When using the default windows cursor everything works fine but changing to a different cursor makes right clicking impossible.

Excel 2007 is pretty old but this too may be resolved when we work on other apps not having click options (reported in other threads)

Thank you for the report.

Office 365 here, same problem. There are plenty more of programs in my system that miss left/right click functionality (even in the taskbar), Had to revert to boring windows cursor.
