30 day Trial Issue Activating the software

Activation issue

I can not get the trial Multiplicity to function. I am able to get into my newly created account but your system says, "Your e-mail has mot yet been verified. Please click the activate link in the verification email before proceeding." But I did click the link and I was accepted into my account and I saw the "Your account has been verified" notice. But I have no clue as to how to start the 30 day trial. Following the video does not help as it does not address my issue.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check again your email address specially the spelling and upper and lower case letters. Alternatively you can submit ticket for support on activation issues. Put in your details there.

Basj, I can log into my account, as you can see, I am able to your message, proving that my e-mail address and password are fully functional. But I consistently do not receive the 30 day trial code in my email to start the trial. If I can receive your e-mail why can I not receive the trial code?
