[Bug] A white box keeps display over screen

from Stardock Forums

When I hovered the tab, the mini-description of tab's content was displayed. But it keeps remaining on my screen even I closed that tab. Please refer to the attached picture.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version, please use winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Groupy Version.

3) Is this issue only happened on Excel or any other grouped application.

4) Please try the purge and reinstall as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account, reboot after the purge, reinstall it and reboot again. Retest and report back here.

OS Name:Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Version:10.0.18363 Build 18363

Groupy: v1.3

Now, I just verified that it happened on Excel (in very rare cases, I can't reproduce this bug now).

To work around this, I disabled a function "Show preview of inactive tab when mouseover"

Thanks for your feedback, but I can't reproduce your issue on my grouped Excel worksheet.

For reference

I'm running.

Windows 10 V1909 (OS Build 18363.657)

Groupy 1.3

Please try my suggestion on purge and reinstall as mentioned above.
