WindowBlinds 10.8.4 on Windows 10 pro build 18363.657 NOT WORKING

Info:
Windows 10 Professional build 18363.657  Version: 1909
Windowblinds 10.8.4
Nvidia Geforce 1050ti  Driver version 4442.19
---------------------------------------------------

I can't get window blinds to work!
I downloaded only windows 10 ready wb packages from wincustomize and when I apply one it goes to a blank screen with a pointer and nothing else.. I wait a few minutes and it still sitting like that so I reboot only to be greeted with the logon screen and when I enter the password it just goes back to the logon screen. I have to reboot into safe mode and uninstall window blinds to get the computer working again.  I'd really like to be able to use my windowblinds becase I hate the ugly flat style of Windows 10.. PLEASE HELP!

While in safe mode I looked in the event viewer and found a few errors and warnings that appear, I've included the details of them below:

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall Windowblinds as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version, you just download. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.

Thanks

Purging the install and reinstalling doesn't fix the issue

Hello

Need to know if the issue is theme related or any theme.

And please try the cleanboot steps to see if there is conflicting application with Windowblinds.

https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#cleanboot

Try it and report back.

Thank you,

I don't think it's a theme issue It happens with the themes that come in the install as well as ones downloaded from wincustomize.

The events viewer errors are included in the original post

Have you tried the Cleanboot steps, I mentioned above?

I have, though I should note that there is a 404 error when trying to download the loadwb file from those instructions, I had to google to find a download for it.

And, from that steps, you found any result?

Thank you,

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

What AV app are you using?  Is this in a corp environment or home?

I would like you to try this:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/system-file-check-sfc-scan-and-repair-system-files/bc609315-da1f-4775-812c-695b60477a93

Then see if WB will install / work.
